What utility bills do you accept?

Do you offer business accounts?
No, we do not offer business accounts at this time. We do offer non-profit savings and checking accounts with a valid tax identification number.
How can I change my address?
There are three ways. Fill out a change of address form at our office or at one of the service centers. Mail us a change of address with your signature on it. Fax us a change of address with your signature on it. A downloadable address change form can be printed by clicking here
Can my payroll go into different accounts?
Yes. You can either stop by the credit union and fill out a distribution form or you can print out and complete a distribution form by clicking here.
When will I receive my 1099 form?
Tax forms are mailed by the end of January. If you have not received your 1099, it may be because your interest earned on your accounts was $10.00 or less.
Can I buy or cash in savings bonds at your office?
No. We do not sell or redeem savings bonds.
Do you exchange foreign currency?
No.
Do I get a discount on my AAA insurance if I'm a member at the credit union?
Yes, AAA does offer discounted rates to members of TCCU. Just call AAA at 1-800-AAA-MICH, 1-800-222-6424.
Do you offer notary service?
Yes. Total Community Credit Union offers notary service to members and non-members. There is a $3.00 charge per person.

Yes. We recommend that you call so that we can have the coin ready when you come in.
Can I take my signature card home for my joint-owner to sign?
No, the credit union does not allow signature cards to leave the office.
One of my checks cleared for the wrong amount, what can I do?
Call or come into our office to have a draft correction request form filled out. Please ask for the Financial Services Department at (800) 291-3003 to begin the correction process or to get additional information.
What information do I need to place a stop payment on a check?

Since TCCU is closed on the weekends, is there another place where I can transact TCCU business?
There are credit union family service centers and ATM’s at which you can make deposits, withdrawals and cash checks. You can even apply for a loan at a service center. You can also make deposits and withdrawals at our ATM.
